diet and exercise plan
I've grown sick of being a fatty-chan so I've finally decided to do something about it. I've set a weight loss goal of 40lbs and made a diet and exercise plan to help me achieve this goal. As to not burn myself out, I'll be starting fairly easy and gradually intensifying my workouts and diet.
Starting plan:
Cut all soda out of my diet. Reduce my daily calorie intake to 1000 calories or less...this may take some time. As for exercise, I'm hoping to get in 1-2 hours of physical activity each day (Tae Kwon Do, Kick Boxing, general workout, DDR etc.).

Update on my progress to come

Haha, thanks for the offer but I work at a health club where I do personal training as well ^_^ I know what works for me, I just need to do it now. Hey, congrats on the 120lbs! I'm truly impressed!

A suggestion... 1000 calories is VERY low... dangerously low. 1500-1700 calories a day may be safer... though it may take more time, I think it would be healthier. Then again, bodies are all different (I have a basil metabolic rate of 2400 calories). I drink in soda about 1500 calories a day... which I've cut way back on... and it's already paying off. Small steps... small steps.

Honestly, I'm just setting a low goal to trick myself. If I shoot for 1000 I'll actually take in 1200-1500 each day. No matter what my goal is, I know I'll go over it so I figure I'm better off to start low lol. I guess what I'm trying to say is don't worry about me, I'll be safe.
